JMB Modular Buildings have been in the construction industry for 15 years, having recently evolved into the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) prefab/modular space.

We have a reputation for our innovative building knowledge and design, specialising in volumetric modular projects, domestic and commercial.

Unlike most modular manufacturers we are a registered builder, we can see projects through from concept to completion.

Volumetric modular construction is an innovative, sustainable construction delivery method utilizing offsite, lean manufacturing techniques to prefabricate whole building solutions in deliverable module sections.
Key to our lean manufacturing is the moving production line consisting of 8 work stations.

All our modular projects are Designed for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA) to brief, budget and site constraints and are independently certified by our structural engineer. The buildings are produced in modules that when assembled on site, reflect the exact design intent as that of a traditional build.

We possess the expertise to undertake the modular design, fabricate the steel frame, manage fit-out of the modules, supervise building site preparation, transport the modules from our factory to the building site, and assemble the modules onto the building site.

By undertaking as much of the building process at the production facility before transportation of the completed modules for final installation on site, the uncertainty associated with scheduling of the various trades to work on the building, impact of weather, and quality control are significantly reduced.
When compared with traditional building methods, modular construction minimises uncertainty, reduces construction cost, delivers a project in a shorter timeframe, and achieves better quality buildings.

We are always investing in and utilising new technology; framing manufacturing machine, truss manufacturing machine, 3D modelling and gantry cranes.

Our target market are businesses seeking modular builders as they see the advantages that modular can bring, or because it fits one or more of the key criteria, required rapidly, repeatable or in a remote location. If a project meets either of these 3 criteria modular construction is a smarter option.
